Leadership

I lead my team with transparency, inspiration and collaboration while providing mentorship, guidance and growth opportunities. With a fully remote team, we stay connected and motivated with fun projects that exercise skills outside of daily work, monthly creative tutorials and weekly inspiration. I partner closely with colleagues across the org on strategy, briefs and timelines—ensuring everyone is heard and in alignment. I also represent brand and marketing in our Executive Leadership team.

I am always looking for new learning opportunities, and have taken several leadership courses, including: People Manager Fundamentals, “Goals, People & Performance”, Crucial Conversations, Hiring, Messaging to an Executive Audience, and Leading Effective Meetings.
